I have never taken a sleeping pill.

it is kinda unbelievable since our new director seems like can’t survive without it
Tylenol PM makes my legs restless.
I get that too when I take Tylenol PM. Infact it can get extremly annoying and very hard to fall asleep.
I prefer Advil Pm or Benadryl.
Have also taken Unisom a few times which made me sleepy within the first five minutes.

LOL! Dont worry I am still awake. But yeah I love my sleep and can switch off just like that either at 9 pm or at 1 am if i chose...what condition is that??

No condition as such. I used to be like that but I guess stress level is soo high that it takes hrs to put my eyes n mind to sleep

Agree with you.
I know someone who would sleep on a branch of a tree... At least thats what he claims. But not that he has narcolepsy. He is thin, married with three children and is a professional.
Wish I had that ability.:)

Hi guys, i am new on this forum and liked it.
I work in an International BPO. Because of staggered shift timings I have been suffering from sleeping disorders for last couple of years. I have been taking Avil 25 to get proper sleep as it is quite popular in our family. Problem is that I don't get fixed Sat and Sun offs and Avil makes me feel dizzy all the times in Office after getting up.
Now I want to switch to 2 pills that is: One will give me a good sleep on regular days (when I want to go to office next day and there should not be the effect of the sleeping pill in office) and another pill that will make me sleep like any thing when I don't have to go to office next day.
Any suggestion based on experience please!!!

Movax 4 mg for immediate sleep. You will fall asleep in 5 mins ( if u have never been immune to drugs)

I make combo of all these depending on how much sleep i need and how much relaxation i want
Zanax never works for me immediately but yes it makes me highhhhhhhhh
