Secualrism never solved any problems they just multiply, thats the whole point!

As for islamic society a society cannot solve problems on its own it needs an islamic system applied on it to function, applying secular systems as per today on islamic society just aint gonna work for obvious reasons.

Thanks AK, for a non abusive reply. And also enlighten us how many hundered years you require to create an Islamic system, hence its already 1400 years gone.
