You havent provided anything. Can you prove that govt that doesnt get involved in religious issues, treats all citizens as equal, doesnt promote social stability? And can u prove that social stability in a society is not a prerequisate for economic growth. I know u have dificulty with basic logic, but try following along.
Im talking in general terms. Secularism can equal stability. Stability can equal economic growth. Now argue against this point.
