I would like to ask why is moderators allowing users like CrankTheskunk… to keep on opening multi threads for the same subject?
Why is he being allowed to dis respect fellow members and their beliefs and religious figures and no moderator intervening?
Why the user CrankTheSkunk being allowed to open threads with copy pasting information from his blog where such copy paste which is completely without any topic? His topics are all over the place and without any direction.
I have no personal problem with his threads but they should at least comply with forum rules.
Does the moderation team want me to compile a list of posts made by him which were not in accordance with forum rules and general manners and spirit of GS?
The current atmosphere of the Religious section is completely not with the spirit of Ramadhan and at least there should be some rules for controversial discussions not taking place in Ramadhan. The spirit of Ramadhan demands more of religious and Tarbiyyati discussions where we can learn and share knowledge of how we can be more closer to Allah and how can we safegaurd our prayers etc
I personally have made up my mind not to reply to any of his threads anymore because of all these issues but above raised queries should be clarified by moderators.
Lusi , this is absolutely not acceptable. Have you seen how that user has been continuously accusing Ahmadis in the religion forum? He is pretending as if he knows so much. I am seriously not satisfied with the way 3 mods have been moderating religion forums. I have told him numerous times to be respectful if he is after the ahmadi replies, but He is continuously propagating false information, and is not willing to have a healthy discussion.
I do not want my thread on Hazrat Isa (AS)'s to be closed and therefore if I see one more reply of Him being disrespectful towards me and my beliefs , I will report His posts and expect a neutral decision by mods. I want the mods to give him some sort of warning that attacking other GS member based on their beliefs or their knowledge of information is just something that should and will not be tolerated in the GS forums.
He thinks of his success when no answer is given to him. It is against my self respect to answer someone who has already made up his mind as to what he has to say and what the reply that he would get.
I have said to him many times that I am not interested in how much he knows ( thats what hes been writing in every single post of his ) but rather interested to know if he has the capability to have a healthy and meaningful discussion. He is not willing to listen. Mods must play their role and should not let the religion forum run on its own.

Lol, amazing part is that Crank said exactly the same thing to me in his PM. The problem is that members can only see the actions against themselves and think that nothing has been done to reprimand the other guy.
Mods are working hard to keep a balance in all the forums including Religion. I am sorry that its not visible and their efforts are never appreciated. Nevertheless, the mods are doing a great job and its member's job also to keep emotions in control and try to ignore few things.
Sir TLK , i respect the mods and i know they have been doing wonderful job.. but one must see who is attacking who. Why did you get PM from crankthatskunk when he is the one opening ridiculous threads about my beliefs. I have never spoken about his beliefs, i expect the same from him as well. When he has question about Ahmadiyya jamaat , he should check his tone and the way hes questioning. He is infact addressing the whole members in religion forum in each and every post of his, when hes replying to me? why is he doing that? does he not have patience to get my reply ? Why the use of Qadiani is being used many times over there when many times told him not to use that word. Do you not see the true intention of him? I have no problem him questioning, its his right. However, what i am concerned with is his way of replying and how he is continuously propagating false information.
PS: why would crankthatskunk be not happy about religion mods, when they are not playing their role and letting him open useless threads and write whatever he feels like in the threads.. I should be the one concerned and not him.

I thought disrespecting religious figures is not allowed here on GS.
So I don't know how the mods are doing a good job by leaving his threads open.
Criticizing religious figures should of course be OK, but there is a huge difference between criticising and disrespecting.
Mr. Popet and chini bhai (I am sorry I can't read your nick), mods are not letting anyone open useless threads or disrespect other sects. It is the month of Ramzan and the last week for this Ramazan, despite their personal commitments they have been giving their best. So, lets give mods a little break. I hope you two have noticed that the threads that were getting out of hand have been closed for review.
Rest, if you see they have missed something, please report the post or send a pm.

How about you read Isa (AS)'s related thread that i had opened and read only the page 10th where that user keeps on praising himself and actually attacking my knowledge on the issue rather than coming up with the answer himself. i appreciate the efforts of moderators and they are doing their job well. by providing a plateform where we can share our views openly. i have never seen such a forum as far as relegion section is concerned. i have noticed that many times moderators aptly intervened to set direction of discussion rite .
i think members get unhappy even including me when they see sth contrary to their prime beliefs.
i just want to add one thing few ahmedi guys try to become bhoola at times. like in threads relating to wiping of kalima, as they dont know why it has been removed. what our constitution says about them.

Freedom of speech is one thing
but u know as well as i know that there are always boundries in every democracy and not every democracy is the same.
I am also veyr happy to see that GS is very tolerants because i am someone who likes to say whatever i want but freedom of speech does not mean disrespecting anyone or systematicly abusing someone.
U do undertand that u are not allowed to say same things in an Indian Forum as you are in Pakistani forum. Every country every forum has their own rules, regulations, norms and ethics.
My problem is that since this is a Pakistan forum we should not allow anyone to systematicly malign, bash, insult and humiliate Pakistan or Muslims or any human being i dont care.
Anyone should be able to say whatever they want for the sake of disagreement and discussion because that is what freedom of speech. But not like some bad apples from India who are misusing this group.
And also i think there is so much going on in Pakistan on the secretatian issues so much killings we have to be careful, moderators have to watch out not to let it go out of hands.
As you said they should set direction of the discussions and warns anyone who is not abiding by the rules.
Since this is a Pakistani forum there should be unwritten rules for those who find loopeholes in the GS forum rules.
**i think all these type of discussions bear no fruit at the end and as a matter of fact the end result is quite unpleasant and we come out of it badly bruised and with hurt feelings. we all know the truth so just keep it to ourselves. we know where India and Pakistan stand politically, economically and militarily.

This bhola thing may be slightly true but you have to take in the fact that the forum has rules and they are for everyone and should be abided.
