you may be right up to some extent, but availability or unavailability of footage is different from an agency like bbc producing fake people with costume is another thing it has never happened , any way I.S.I. has done many dubious operations ,even they have allegedly killed journlists , so the credibility of bbc is better than i.s.i.

Name one secret agency in the world that does not carry out dubious operations. The number one in those agencies carrying out dubious operations is CIA, whose masters are trying to lecture ISI. ISI first responsibility is to protect Pak not uncle sam.
