STI’s are caused by having sex with a partner who has the virus. The chances of getting an STI should almost be the same whether it’s one man and multiple women or vice versa. The chances should be pretty low as long as all the partners are clean before entering the union and all stay faithful to the marriage (no sex outside the marriage).
I’ll concede on the UTI front because women are at a higher risk to begin with and multiple partner & more frequent intercourse are among known risk factors.
That said, I think everyone should be free to make such decisions for themselves. Who are we to judge as long as everyone in the marriage is happy with the arrangement?
