Is it fair to disqualify 95% of the population to ever take part in general elections? Is this democracy?**

You want to know those 95 percent Pakistani population … and who they are?

Here is a picture to show state of most Pakistanis: Now after looking at the picture, tell us, how many of them would get effected if graduation or even PhD would be criteria for contesting election, and how many of those shown below would benefit and thus would be contesting election if no education criteria would be there to contest election?
