Occam’s razor doesn’t really state that though. It says we should lean towards a theory with the least assumptions and then start replacing the easy assumptions with others until we reach the most plausible state. So no, the hypothesis with the least assumption is almost never the one with the highest chances of being the truth. Sorry for being anal about it.
