Sure you can get a 20 year old. (Though I agree with Reha and think you should go younger, since fertility generally peaks at 24 in women).

Lots of people here are asking you why you want a 20 year old, but to assess whether you can, we’ll need to know what you’re bringing to the table. Remember, your competition is the under 30, robust male population who is going to cock-block you and laugh while they’re doing it. Factors such as how much you earn, where you went to school, what you look like, whether you have a paunch, your sexual history, if there’s still hair on that head you’re scratching, and your umbilical cord status vis-a-vis your mother determine how much of an edge you have. Extra credit if you can furnish medical proof of your sperm motility and count. Only with a better picture can we evaluate your chances of bagging a 20 year old uterus.

ps. Keep in mind though, the way things are going to hell in the End Times, girls are unbelievably arrogant nowadays. If you’re a retinal surgeon who looks like George Clooney with a personality like Jon Stewart to boot, you might still get called “pedophile uncle” by that 20 year old nymphette. Worse still, she’ll marry you and call out “Daddy” in bed (then again you may just enjoy that). Good luck and don’t lose hope, because for every dilemma like this, there’s an obliging Arab Sheikh somewhere.
