In Britain, referendums don't work like that. It's not periodic voting. It is a direct vote for one single proposal to get fair and decisive results. No third option or any further indication for the next referendum is given on the ballot paper.

If the Westminster delivers, then certainly not in our lifetime. If not then the rough estimate is anything between 20-30 years.

True & that is also diff between leaders and clowns. Sadly, Pakistan has more clown than leaders.

The Scotts were already holding several important Government institution like HMRC at a small town called Cumbernauld!

Everything is not centralized here in London. Wales's Cardiff got the Companies House. More profitable Rail Companies in England subsidy for loss making companies in Scotland.
