I have tried making my point clear. You can ask any neurosurgeon (and I have asked in Pak some for their opinion) about this incident and he will state you the same as I have.

I am suprised that you found a neurosurgeon who would actually suggest that a brutal impact that would smash open a head so badly that it could be mistaken for a bullet exit wound would not be swiftly fatal.
