it is not a scheme... sounds like a SCAM. Someone might have gotten import license for these things.
Why not improve public transport? Why not import/manufacture busses for girls schools/colleges?
Instead of laptops, why not improve computer labs at schools?

Who is paying for all these free bees? If it is not coming out of pockets of NS or SS, then both be charged for stealing government money. They are behaving like 'Sultana Dakus' of 21st century:)
They think government money is "un ke baap ki jaagir hay". Where is that Desert Bird to throw light on these robberies by Sharif Bratheran?
