I think death itself isn’t scary - like, the process of dying, the physicality of it, doesn’t phase me. It’s the aftermath that makes my heart stop, that makes me want to really be a better person and a better Muslim. Death is something you can’t change, you have no control over it…your afterlife you do (ie- thru good deeds etc). I mean, for me anyways. Don’t wanna offend any atheists on here.

The thought of afterlife is scary because we don’t really know what is going to happen to us.
