In your dreams :). This is a new Pakistan. The media and judiciary are by and large independent now. We did not have these things before in Pakistan. Yes mistakes have been committed in the past by the judiciary but I can almost guarantee that in future no serving Supreme Court CJ w'd give immunity to any military dictator under any circumstances..

You cannot compare the Chief Justice, or an elected leader, to the dictator.

It is laughable that the person (Rehman Malik) seemingly complying with Supreme Court’s order here is himself a beneficiary of NRO…*hona to yeh chahiye tha k Malik should have resigned following the unanimous supreme court verdict on NRO and faced all charges against himself. *He should spare us all this dramabaazi

While army is on its way to cleanup tribal areas, the only chance fundamentalist and their supporters is, to weaken the central government. CJ's heart has always been with fanatics (he accepted missing people cases during Musharraf era), and now he found this way to weeken Zardari government. Shame indeed, as it gives mullahs something to celeberate.

People like you were saying the same thing when Musharraf was in power, that is exact same excuse you were giving to keep Mushi in power. Time has shown that his departure lead to unity of the whole nation against Talibs.
Dude, its not Zardari who is fighting, its the nation which is, though, i don't think SCwill doanything to remove him, but, even if he goes, the war will continue and in a better way.
