and thats why I said that my comments are not related to this specific case. I totally agree with the decision. Although the basis was right but court needs more than “basis” to give verdicts.

There is also something known as “trichotomy of power” where branches of govt are not suppose be involved in each others affairs. In this case, courts decision based on that principle alone is right. In other words, the SC could have said that we have no legal power to get involved in proceedings of the Parliament b/c Parliament is sovereign body.
