Shair, I live in Saudia, most people here are Wahabis, but unfortunately never seen anyone praying with shoes on, nor have I heard that Friday prayers wipe all your sins.
Please could you provide references my friend. Take it from me...these people have really impressed me. They are true Muslims, you will not find people so close to Deen anywhere in the world.
They might have said that but with good reason behind it. If there is something these guys hate..its shirk. and bidat is a form of shirk. Allah also hates shirk the most.

I am not talking about one, many and I mean many saudis and pakistani wahabis I've met are doing these two things:

This one guy came to me and asked me to go to jumma prayer. I myself go to juma prayer too but then he told me this weird thing. I had seen him doing all bad crap stuff, and therefore asked him about his hypocrat lifestyle. He answered and the Mullah of wahabi mosque confirmed that if you come to Jumma prayers, then all your sins are cleaned, just do whatever you feel like doing during the whole week. I was so surprised brother, I am not trying to abuse or accuse anybody, just telling you the truth brother Prince.
