The solution is clear let the father of an 8 yr old decide to marry her daughter off to a 47 year old, the daughter has a choice to either accept the old man or get beat or even honor killed for refusing the marriage. The old man paid 13k to the girls father so she owes him. When he is done with her the old man can just say talak 3 times and boot her out. He wont owe her any damages, support payments nothing. I am surprised you don’t have the philosophical understanding that it is perfectly fine for an 8 yr old to marry a 47 yr old.
