Well, then a child who can understand and practice protected sex can also decide what is good for herself. you cannot tell them what is good for them at what age, by secular law.
My original point is regarding damage done, not about marriage or after marriage. Data showing, that society is nurturing an environment of child sex abuse and it has long term affects as well.
