Re: Saudi Prince Turki says that Pal issue is an Arab issue, not Islamic issue
It's not just that religion WAS the foundation of the Zionist regime, religion STILL is at the core of the existence of Israel. There is NO nationalism involved here.
Obviously. Israel, Lebanon and Pakistan are the only countries created on the basis of religion.
Now the question is: WHY is Palestine so important for Jewish religious zealots?
Maybe because the same reason it is also important to Christians and Muslims
Were Arabs right in resorting to nationalism?
The only reason they considered it a nationalist issue was because the Israelis were Jews. Any other religion, they would have been fine with but not Jews.
Again, was it ok for some Arabs to consider it an ethnic/nationalist issue?
Again the only reason they considered it such as such an issue was because of Israelis being Jewish.
