I agree with the first part of you post.

The bolded part just doesn’t make any sense, everyone has a right to criticize a political system within the boundaries of reason, Saudi Royals can say the same thing to people living in Saudi.

The Saudi Royals are the most hypocritical peope on the earth. They have one set of rules for their public & another for themselves. They do everything that they won’t let their people do in the country.
