Even Saudis think Pakistanis are not doing enough to curb terrorism…wallahay…yeah din bhee aana tha…those who spread terrorism in first place by their financing and ideology are now blaming Pakistan too. If Saudis had invested in industry, some real education and infrastructure instead of extremist madrassas things would have been different.
Re: Saudi advise to Pakistan
Saudies should have invested in Pakistan's industry, education and infrastructure? while the govt of Pakistan was investing in so called 'mujahideen' and kargil attacks? why not then just become a satellite province of Saudi Arabia?
Mods please close this thread. A country which is admired more by Pakistanis- more than even Pakistan doesn't deserve this slander.

Speak for yourself and not for everybody else. Saudia is the reason why Pakistan is where it is today & all the Saudi funded madrassa that churning out jihadi terrorists.
Re: Saudi advise to Pakistan
Yes we are. Who do you think funded our nuclear programme for the past 30 years? Dumbass.
Re: Saudi advise to Pakistan
Hypothetically, Allah maaf karey but if there's a war between Pakistan and Saudi, most of the Pakistanis would fight on the side of the Saudis, only the minorities and shia would fight for Pakistan.
Re: Saudi advise to Pakistan
^Thats such a terrible statement, every one who is a "Pakistani" will fight for Pakistan and those who wud not shudn,t call themselves Pakistanis.
Re: Saudi advise to Pakistan
I kind of find it odd how some Pakistanis love Arabs especially when Arabs are so racists against Pakistanis. If you don't believe me try living in Arab countries including Saudi Arabia and you'll know what I'm talking about. In countries like UAE Pakistanis treated so badly, yet our people have such inferiority complex when it comes to Arabs.

Issues related to the holy land and the country which houses Hejaz and where rasool-ul-nabi(s.a.w.) walked and breathed are very very emotional to all muslims and Pakistanis. Forget about bad-mouthing them, I would not even feel angry if Saudis or the Arabs get angry with me example- They are at the top in muslim world and must always be respected. I am we have nice and cordial relationship with them. May this dosti continue forever.

Have you been to the gulf yourself? I never heard of Arabs mistreating Pakistanis EVER. In UAE, Pakistanis are preferred over other South Asians. When they find out you are a Pakistani, they usually hug you like a true muslim brother. If they are that bad, why Pakistanis love to go and work in Arabia? why are they more advanced and educated than India, Russia and China- all of the countries that have lot of resources.

Classic example of inferiority complex. As a Muslims we're not suppose to worship land or the people. So the concept of "Hollyland" is an oxymoron.

Arab Sheikhs Enslaved Child Jockeys, Suit Says
MIAMI — Rulers of the United Arab Emirates were accused in a lawsuit of enslaving tens of thousands of boys over three decades and forcing them to work as jockeys in the popular sport of camel racing.

The lawsuit was filed last week by unnamed parents of boys suspected of being abducted, sold and enslaved. They claim more than 30,000 boys may have been victimized and are seeking class-action status.
The lawsuit alleges Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, the crown prince of Dubai, and Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid al Maktoum, the deputy ruler, were the most active perpetrators.
The lawsuit was filed in Miami because the members of the royal family maintained hundreds of horses at farms in Ocala. The suit seeks unspecified damages.
Calls to the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Washington were not answered, and it was not possible to leave a telephone message after hours. A telephone message left at a Kentucky farm owned by the crown prince was not returned.
John Andres Thornton, co-counsel for the children, said the crown prince was served with the lawsuit Monday while buying horses in Kentucky.
The lawsuit claimed the boys were taken largely from Bangladesh and Pakistan, held at desert camps in the UAE and other Persian Gulf nations, and forced to work. It claimed some boys were sexually abused, denied adequate food and sleep, and injected with hormones to prevent their growth.
Camel races are immensely popular in the Persian Gulf. The UAE banned the use of children as jockeys – long favored because of their light weight – in 1993, but young boys could still be seen riding in televised races for years afterward.
Re: Saudi advise to Pakistan
Shamraz Khan how is this any better than those Pakistanis who live in the West and don't have the balls to stand up and defend their country. Instead they adopt the western ideals as the end all and be all of life and espouse them as their own.
Those gentlemen and gentlewomen who show no respect for their culture or society are the ones that truly suffer from an inferiority complex based off the colonial era "Yes Master" mentality.
Its such a shame since most of the posters do the very same and yet do not see the hypocrasy in their own statements. You know why the Indians and Chinese get more respect than us? Because they don't change their cultural or moral values as soon as they land in a Western country.

^^^ Its not easy to defend suicide attacks and beheadings all in the name of religion.

Just shows you never been to any gulf country.
Re: Saudi advise to Pakistan
Sandhu786, you are wrong in so many levels in the above posts that it is difficult to believe you actually said these things!
Saudies are closest friends and allies of the United States, not Pakistan. The royal family is very very close personally to even the Bush family - to such an extent that the Bush's try to hide it some times
remember bin laden came from the same land - so will you advise all people to hate that land because of that? good and bad come that place, not just good
Sudies do not treat anyother Asians with respect and treat people from Pakistan and BD like dirt, in spite of being muslims. This is not just the 'sheiks' but the regular people of Saudia as well
most importantly, this is not an evaluation of the Saudia but about what they said to Pakistan about Pakistann and terrorism. you are seeing first hand the effects of rampant terrorism in Pakistan - why not take the Saudies seriously on this, if you like them so much?

saudi arab is a valuable asset to Pakistan in terms of foreign relations. Why do you think bhutto and zia were so eager to establish good relations with them? Why does usa maintain a cordial policy towards them?bhutto was no sentimentalist or spiritual person for that reason, usa is no arab lover. Only an idiot can advocate twisting our relaitons with Saudi Arabia. As for the statement that was issued. Let see, a saudi who was released by guntanomo bay and openly accepted in taking part in jihad of afghanistan is being offered welfare payments by saudi govt. I wouldnt be too hard on the statement and spirit in which it was intended in. Diplomatic crutches.
As for the usual venom against pak saudi relation, this thread comes from a qadiyani. Not surprised.
