The only difference is that the judicial system is so strong and honest even they can put Obama or any highest ranking General of America in Jail if courts find any stealing of money of tax payers. Since Generals in Pakistan can not be touched, judges when they take money from both parties(plantiffs and defendants) can not be caught, corruption in Pakistan has become an eternal feature.
