But in general I guess I am, in American lingo, somewhat fiscally conservative. There should not be too much involvement from government anywhere.
If government really is interested in improving the lives of people then instead of giving charities, it should concentrate on creating environment that would create more job opportunities.
Just giving away bail-outs like Sasti Roti (or Benazir scheme?) etc. is not a good permanent solution to economic deprivation.

There is only one option in Pakistan to control corruption, That is to use date base system which is used here. That is why world authorities are helping this.

*You think there is no corruption in America? You should know that there are high tech robers live here. The only difference is that the judicial system is so strong and honest even they can put Obama or any highest ranking General of America in Jail if courts find any stealing of money of tax payers. Since Generals in Pakistan can not be touched, judges when they take money from both parties(plantiffs and defendants) can not be caught, corruption in Pakistan has become an eternal feature. The discrimination in dealing corruption is the only reason that Pakistan is most corrupt country in the world. *
we need to examine the whys we so corrupt what is it that allows other to steal without any comeback from the authorities, is it weak laws?
poverty? or a south asain disease?
