Re: Sarmad Sultan’s new drama ‘Jal Pari’
agreed! it’s interesting how every country has their own rules even if they wear the same kind of clothing. I work for one of the largest Consulting firms in the world and am based in the USA. A group from UK was over in our NY branch. Their makeup was super loud and the clothes were OTT (club wear). They honestly looked like they belonged on jersey shore and not in our office. It got me thinking that maybe USA is super conservative. I mean geez, we don’t even wear sleeveless to work because it’s against our dress code (though you can get away with something that covers your shoulders).
A few weeks back, a new hire from Indian origin attended an office party with a shirt that exposed her mid riff. ughhhh like there was a knot around the shirt. I was honestly embarrassed for her :s
