It seems all of Indians are comming togather with their government and trying to put pressure on Pakistan to free this prisinor…
The Question is if a person who commited such an activities against Pakistan should be free, if such person will be free in any other country i.e. in India
If President Pervez Musharaf should order for his freedom keeping in mind he has regected the plea for freedom for the person who was hanged last week allegedly involve on plotting a Attack on Musharaf, If a person who was involve in plotting an attack on President does not deserve freedom then how one can who was involved against this country ???

Regardless of whether he should be pardoned, people should stop putting Indian spy in inverted commas unless they are Indian(infact, any nationality as long as they're willing to write against Pakistan and Bangla in exchange for handsome payment, going by certain reports) reporters payed to insinuate bull****. He has been convicted by a court, and that conviction has been upheld by two others. The issue of mistaken identity was not raised for 15 years, and Sarabjit himself has said that he has been using multiple identities.
Yes, I think he should be pardoned,. Two reasons:
1) Forgiveness is in our culture and religion, one of the values Pakistan should stand for.
2)It will be a masterful political stroke, as long as we make it clear that doubts about his guilt and Indian pressure have nothing to do with the act.
You have answer of your own suggestion… “The issue of mistaken identity was not raised for 15 years” and he was convicted by a court… then freeing him now will not lead to indian pressure, as if there was something to do with cultue and religion in this matter then he should be free 15 years ago not now…
He should be pardoned, he is a nobody and his death doesn't benefit Pakistan. He should be used as significant political leverage. Maybe even use him to broker a deal with India, in exchange for one of ours.
Pakistan's own legilslator has said he should NOT be hanged citing reasons such as the rate of mistaken convictions in the country. Pakistanis should for once raise above pettiness and hatred for anything Indian and show that their country is capable of mature thought
i would be surprised if there werent. many of the "mujahideen" who crossed over across the LoC ended up in jails in india. Maulana Masood Azhar was chakki peesing in an indian jail for a good while before he was freed and banded together the shia-killers - Jaish-e-Mohammad..
pakistanis couldnt get mukhtaran mai justice despite her being pakistani, and have her jailed up in her home with police company 24/7. i have little hope for sarabjeet.

India seems to get all the benifits from negotiations without giving any thing to Pakistan, have an example of this case, Pakistani's have allowed indians to contact with alleged indian spy but on the other hand Indian refused Pakistani officials to meet with Pakistani's held in Indian jails and I am pretty sure "without a trial"
So keeping all of this in mind should Pakistan give any favour more to Indians ???
