If he is a convicted murderer (which I suppose he is) I don't see any reason to pardon him. What makes him different to any other murderer on the death row? Just the fact that he is Indian?
umer, what makes him different is that he was someone who got drunk and wandered across the border 15 years ago. 15 years of torture in prisons, and a forced conversion to islam later, he is going to be executed. can you explain what he is charged with?
I actually read many articles on his wanderings in Pakistan, but as it's an issue of life and death of a human being, I'm not quoting anything on purpose. Seeing a person on death row is never a source of pleasure.

I think any person can simply think about it that how people can afford to visit Pakistan from such a poor country or origion where people have to earn their livings on daily basis, definatly there is some one or a group may be same team which could be responsible to send him to Pakistan on spy mission financing all of this journy
