re: Saraiki Words

not pich, paich. one of my posts have typo. piach = connection, taluq

re: Saraiki Words

Can u use “paich” in a sentence ? Either I am getting it wrong or it doesn’t exist in “Saraiki”. and I “know” the language :snooty:

re: Saraiki Words

ajaz do the needful :hehe: My use of paich was based on Sindhi

re: Saraiki Words

Ok, two more words:
wanj= ?
hanj=?
guess :D

re: Saraiki Words

wanj= jana/go

re: Saraiki Words

^shabash!

re: Saraiki Words

hanj = gaud (lap)

re: Saraiki Words

kaichi paichi gaye kaicham ku
what does this mean, and is it sariki??
kaich is punu’s city

re: Saraiki Words

Muqawee bhai, ur wrong. Hanj means tear(aanso).
@ajazali, no I don't think it's saraiki, if I could hear it , maybe figure out properly.

re: Saraiki Words

kaichi = inhabitants of Kaich Makran, Paichi = relatives

kaichi paichi gaye kaicham ku = Kiach wale relatives gaye Kaich ko

re: Saraiki Words

Hanju= aansoo (thats in Punjabi)
Hanj in Sindhi = lap

so Saraiki hanj is similar to Punjabi hunju

re: Saraiki Words

Yes, few words are, as is the case of almost all languages spoken in this region .
