Jag: Have you heard that, President Zardari said he will make Seraiki Province!

Makh: Yes, Indeed, that would be a very good step, the souls of my ancestors will pray for Zardari if he does it.

Jag: I was loosing hopes and was thinking that in next few years our coming generations will not enjoy the things we have enjoyed

Makh: True! Even i was loosing number of mureeds to IT and education and awareness…

Jag: Let us have our own province and then we can close doors to all this crap, just like the sardars and waders of Balochistan and Interior Sindh have done it

Makh: Exactly! and then also we can blame everything on Takht-e-Lahore and can propagate that all our resources are being stolen by the people of Punjab

Jag: Yeah and by that black mail feds will issues us more grants and we and our generations will be richie rich

Makh: But when can we have a province of our own

Jag: I hope soon, but we need to mobilize people so that the govt does it asap

Makh: True that, i will ask my mureeds for agitation.. a province of our own, with a bank in it, we can do whatever we can, tell u what, in the assembly of our province we all will have status of ministers, same as the assembly of Balochistan, what do you say?

Jag: Exactly, you said it right why should we fight, we all should learn from Balochies, how they share and eat together.

Exactly this is the True Thinking of my areas Jag & Gaddenasheen

and you will see that these Jags and Makhs will do whatever it takes to have a province of their own… they have lost central Punjab to the industrial development and awareness, they cannot afford to loose their home ground to the same…

anyway, a general knowledge question, from where, Dolatans, Khosas, Lagharies, Mazaries, Watoos, Makhdooms, Tiwanas, are ?

There is no concept of Makhdoom in Sufis. Makhdoom (who is to be served by Khadims) is totally against the concept of sufism, who promoted Islam in sub-continent by removing class differences. Sufis preached Islam by coming to the level of poor people and these Gaddi Nasheen consider themselves higher than the masses.

Read Sufi poetry and you will know that they preached equality. Take an example of Shah Latif. Although his poetry is based on female characters like Sassi, Sohni, Noori, Marvi, etc belonging to lower class but male characters like Punhoo, Mehwal, Jaam Tamachi and Umar all were from upper class. These male characters become eternal just because they forgot their upper class status in the love of their lover belonging to lower class.

I was just watching a program "In session", the prime minister has spent 115 billion rupees in south Punjab through his federal funds out of which 105 billion has been used in Multan alone, the remaining 10 billion for the rest of seraiki areas.

actually I am in the favor of restoring three pre-partition STATES as Pakistani Provinces .

1- Bhawalpur
2- Khairpur
3- Kalat

Bhawalpur in Punjab and Khairpur in Sindh are historic entities , and should cater for the concern of Punjab-Sindhi or Sindhi-Punjabi Speaking Seraiki populations

and Kalat , thats a long shot , I think it will give Balochs something to Own up as their own , also kind of a corrective measure , with its seperate identity and within Pakistan as one of its Province should put some balm on their wounds ...

what I think is Balochs need recognation and respect , once you start respecting them , they are a Gem of a people...

yes , FATA too

also all the treaties with all the 'B ' areas of Pakistan need to be revisited , these treaties have their origin in British Colonialism and are a major root for the mess viz a viz social contract with citizens and STATE in Pakistan

There should be no Saraiki province at all..........and Insha Allah there wont be
