6 points called for provincial autonomy, sort of like what the 18th amendment has done now?

And Bhutto wasnt in power, but he was a remnant from the Ayub era, and ‘loyal’ to Yahya, for lack of a better word. And the words ‘idhar hum udhar tum’ came after the elections and before 71 war. So its wrong to say that Bhutto didnt have a hand in creating or widening the divide between east and west.
