I got an email saying my order is under completion and will be shipped April 15th… and I still haven’t received a tracking number or anything. So I emailed them back and told them if I do not hear back soon I will be filing a charge back on my credit card. This is EXACTLY why I didn’t want to use western union and gladly paid the fees associated with the credit card transaction.

I apologize for the delay. Please confirm if the order has been sorted out now?
