Re: Sana Safinaz Bridals

my experience at sana safinaz for my bridal was overall good, the sister in laws were a bit snobby, and not too friendly until I told them I wanted to buy lol! They don't let you do many changes at all, slights changes in color or cut, but not in kaam. The place was packed with women, my appointment was at 11:30 but no one actually spoke to me till around noon. There are 2 sections in the bridal, one traditional and one modern. I went straight to the modern as that is what I was looking for. Prices range from around Rs. 200,000-350,000. There is no bargaining at all and the price tags are right on the outfits so you can see them. The new line of modern bridals has very dull silver antique type kaam, it's very beautiful. I told safinaz how I wanted my outfit to 'bling' a bit more but she said crystals are very out and look cheap nowadays and this dull silver work is what is in, so I went with it. There are crystals on it, but not the majority. I honestly loved their bridal lines, it's different, the work is very gorgeous and elaborate, but unique. If you are looking for the red traditional bridal I wouldn't recommend them, but if you are looking for something a bit different and out of the box I would. I also believe the prices are quite reasonable.

not a problem! did you get any of the dresses pictured in this thread?? any photos? i'd love to see how they turned out. :D

Re: Sana Safinaz Bridals

Hmm I didn’t catch the price of that one, don’t know if I even saw it

Re: Sana Safinaz Bridals

as an fyi, my cousin wanted one of sana safinaz’s dresses copied so we went to kekashan and got quoted 72,000 for this one- http://www.paklinks.com/gsmedia/files/89255/safinaz2.png -
complete with kaam and stitching. i’m just sayin’… if you really want one and are willing to put in some legwork, you can have one…

Re: Sana Safinaz Bridals

I don't like to usually copy designers, I feel it's like wearing a fake bag...not for me. But I understand why people do it, some of these designers charge a bomb when the same tailors are doing the work. It's not fair I guess!

Re: Sana Safinaz Bridals

I recently saw a bride wearing a copy of the purple/teal dress.. she totally killed it for me. Im sure many karigars will make a fabulous copy but hers was really bad.

Re: Sana Safinaz Bridals

Wow..these designs are gorgeous...

do SS do formals as well? Around how much are those?

Which bridal did you order?

Re: Sana Safinaz Bridals

the sea green and magenta one
