This JIT was farce, its now going to put a huge legal chasm. Nothing can be done on a report with out allowing accused to defend but accused need to be told what is their crime, crime is not to have properties. If they think hudaibia paper mills corruption happened, put the FIR on it, accuse and bring proofs, Accused will defend themselves but there is NO WAY in common law / under Pakistan Constitution, a sitting PM can be disqualified with out a cause.
