Im having some problems with Google play store. Whenever I try to open it I get an error msg. I have tried uninstalling updates and clearing cache ... it still doesn't work
What is the error message? Also, what the app version and your android version?
Thanks for reply. Ive already posted there. I use gs app mainly on my galaxy note , and not being able to post pics is really annoying even after having a great android phone.
Can u please post the file name of this pic? I want to check if the file name of a pic posted from android app is any different from what i am posting.

i get this message when i try to upload png file.
Ok, a very silly question, so please bear with me. How do we change a jpeg file into jpg or other compatible types when posting from the app? The pics which i have downloaded from different sites on my phone, ive tried renaming them/shortened the name , removed underscores etc but still cant upload pics and get this error.and all the pics in gallery appear to be jpeg type. I hope i make some sense.

I just took a camera shot and tried postin through the app but the same error shows. Heres the details of the file.
Lol! I figured it out myself, i think android mobiles save images in jpeg format so i installed the image resizer app and converted above image to jpg and it has successfully uploaded.
Is there any other way too to upload images without resizing from image resizer?

It could be the size since I didnt run mine through any app.
Another question, are there any settings on mobile to get the camera shots and uploaded pics in jpg format on note's camera? So that i dont have to run them through resize app before posting.

I didnt change any settings but then I have an S4.
Ok, i got it now. When the camera is set at 2.4 megapixel and below resolution, the camera shots taken are uploadable through gs android app. The pics shot at higher resolution ( 8 mega pixel in case of note) the gs app does not support it.
Pics that are downloaded from web, that i dont know , how to post them directly without running them through resizing app.

sorry the google play has stopped working. Im not sure what version im using, sorry im new at this

Oh yeah I usually get this other error message saying com.process.google.gapps has stopped working. .. maybe both these errors r inter connected
