This is now the SECOND guy who is my age who thinks I AM TOO OLD.
First one - 29, and i’m 29.
Second guy - he’s 28.5, and I just turned 29 in March.

Maybe I'm weird....but unless I've invested emotional energy in the guy....I usually don't get worked up (can't recall a time that I have...even if the guy was attractive or seemed interesting on paper)....over a rishta rejection because the person is a stranger to me. I've turned down rishtas for reasons they may have thought to be stupid. It's all part of the game. Let's say I don't like the attitude of the guy or his family....I tend to a feel sense of relief that my life has been spared of their drama. If I've interacted with the guy enough times to develop feelings for him....now in that case...it does hurt.

Don't get me wrong, it's not about hurt. It's just the irrationality of the thought process.
You will NOT get to know a girl or give her a chance based on age...when she IS YOUR AGE?

PCG…I get annoyed…but even my annoyance is very very very short-lived…I shrug it off and move on quickly. I vaguely recall once my mom had received a call from this woman looking for a rishta for her son…who I think was in his late twenties…but she wanted a girl who was 18-years-old (woman hadn’t even seen me). I was like whatever, LOL. 
I didn’t rant that they should give me a chance and get to know me. Frankly speaking, i had no desire to get to know them…even if such views were only held by the guy’s mom and not the guy himself. Sometimes mommy alone can cause enough drama…and I don’t need or want that.
Your path has been cleared again to find someone more compatible. Rather than get worked up over him…move on. See it as a blessing in disguise. You obviously don’t respect this stranger-guy for his views and for the little bit of himself that he’s revealed to you…so don’t stress over getting to know him “better” or his not wanting to get to know you.

Honestly, I didn't even analyze or dwell on it. That's how much I didn't care. Again, I've turned down guys for reasons that they might find to be stupid. It's all part of the game.

Don’t girls have preferences when they accept or reject guys? do they “get to know guy” every-time before they reject a proposal?

according to baray borhay, perfect age of the guy in pcg case can calculate from following equation.
(x/2)+7 = 29
=> perfect age of the guy according to barhay bhoray is 44

^You're taking the word "game" too seriously You could choose to say it's all part of the search/system/business. Sometimes I think that it's hard to even judge a person because the rishta business is subjective and people's emotions are a big part of the process. And human nature is such that we might chide a person for being picky for something we see as a trivial matter and then we in turn might be put off by something that another person sees as not a big deal.
