you both didn't really see my point...IF THEY WERE MARKED...THEN CASE CLOSED FOR SY....ALL THEY NEED is to show that the money exchanged hands for he SOLE purpose of a payment for fixing.
My point and suspicion is that the supposed "markings" are not what SY and CPS thought at the beginning..hence..they couldn't press charges as of Yet...and this is not a case in UK courts...
bhai sahib, I am sure you followed the case but SY cannot do anything against any player unless someone has been harmed/defrauded. The case falls fully under ICC jurisdiction, SY can only help ICC get to the facts if and when ICC is interested in solving the case but seems like they are only going to drag it.

well that is the whole point. ICC is saying that they were defrauded and spot fixing was done and the NOTW told them that...(as lame as that argument is) so SY followed up but as of yet could not find anything concrete.....

I would support these guys if they clearly say.. 'the no-balls were not deliberate'.
