Justice Qayyum was ‘investigating’ corruption in era of Wasim, Waqar, Saleem Malik, Ijaz Ahmed etc… so he was pretty lenient on Wasim Akram when giving verdict because he was fan of Wasim Akram.

The no-balls were not discussed. He never said in clear words that those no-balls were not deliberate. They are just trying to find loopholes in the law and legal process to twist their way out of it all.
