and let me add that ICC doesn’t even need that eivdence to ban these players. As a matter of fact using that as the only evidence may help these player escape the bans. All they need is to prove that videos were made prior to the game. Present the evidence, ban these players for life on disciplinary grounds and let police complete their criminal invesitgation. Otherwise we will keep hearing these masala news from Sun, Micky Arther and whatnot.

Lets not throw everything into the mix (laundering), according to the reports the cash found in Salman’s room had marked notes, but that is not ‘criminal’ enough for SY to indict them.

you both didn’t really see my point…IF THEY WERE MARKED…THEN CASE CLOSED FOR SY…ALL THEY NEED is to show that the money exchanged hands for he SOLE purpose of a payment for fixing.
My point and suspicion is that the supposed “markings” are not what SY and CPS thought at the beginning..hence..they couldn’t press charges as of Yet…and this is not a case in UK courts…
To me more likely, Salman was paid, but he knew there was no way to prove the REASON for having the money hence he just kept the CASH to smuggle into Pakistan illegally.
And now SY and CPS are probably pursuing to prove through bill notes, phone conversations or other that the money was INFACT a payment for fixing. This is where they may or may not have the evidence as of yet.

Aftab Gul stated that Majeed is back on the streets and roaming free in UK…that is a clear sign that SY and CPS faced a dead end…hence they couldn’t incarcerate Majeed.
