Captain Jee you are getting mixed up between ICC investigation and police investigation. I would urge you to read the last paragraph of my post # 27. And if that is not clear then read past statements from Logart and Flanagan as they have said, time and again that these are two different invesitigations.

ICC cannot put these three behind the bars as this is the job of police. However ICC can ban these players just based on the fact that they took money to bowled those no balls and that is why they have been charged under the Article 2 of ICC code of conduct. The three have been suspended for more than two months and I can’t understand what is the delay in setting up their hearing date and prove them guilty on the basis of the evidence wheich lead to their suspension?

I know ICC and SY are two different investigations and ICC can’t put them behind bars, I didn’t mean to say that ICC will put them behind bars.

There is no “technicality or loop holes” which can save these player if they are guilty. They may escape jail sentence because of some loop holes but not an ICC ban. In this day and age, why it is so difficult to prove that the videos were made before the game???

Its lawyer’s job to find loop holes I am no expert in laws, we will find out what happens eventually. Did you really believe Salman’s statement that the big load of cash in Salman’s room was for her sister’s wedding (or something of that sort)?
