To some extent these suffering teach you alot.. They'll either make you or break you.
Bearing in mind the fact that suffering can make you harsh which can go counterproductive(anti society type stuff) all the way...

But as muqa mentioned in the next post , these sufferrimgs aren't always necessary for one to be a humanitarian.
