Sajda-e-ishq ho to ibadat mein maza ata hai,

Khaali sajdon mein to duniya he basa krti hai,

Log kehtay hain k bs farz ada krna hai,

Aisa lgta hai koi qarz liya ho

Rab se,

Teray sajday kahin tujhy kaafir he na kr dein ay Iqbal,

Tu jhukta kahin or hai,

Or sochta kahin or hai,

lol...yeh koii aur Iqbaal haiN...'allaamah ne bhii to kuchh aisaa hii kahaa thaa na k vo Iqbal koi aur hogaa...mujhe she'r yaad nahiiN ... kal iA dekh kar bataauuNgaa...

mere paas deevaan hai Iqball kaa aur us meN maiN ne yeh kalaam kabhii nahiiN paRhaa…ek Iqbal Safipurii bhii haiN…unkaa bhii taKhallus Iqbal hai aur aksar log dhokaa khaa jaate haiN.

yeh na to Iqbal kaa andaaz e bayaan hai aur na hii unkii zabaan…last three lines to saaf taur par yeh bataatii hai k unkaa kalaam nahiiN hai

yeh kalaam main ne first time nhi suna,bachpan se sunti or parhti a rhi hun, yeh Allama Iqbal ka he hai,ap mazeed research kren..!

jo main sar ba sajda hui kabhi, to zameen se aane lagi sada
tera dil hai sanam ashna, tujhe kia mile ga namaaz main

the problem is that i've seen so many kalaam incorrectly [intentionally or otherwise] attributed to the Ustaads sho'araas...the reason for this wrongly crediting the kalaam is that these mediocre poets adopt a taKhallus and then float around their kalaam using their taKhallus ONLY, without their real name thus causing confusion.

those who read ustaad sho'araa on a regular basis, they can tell the difference by it's quality of the zabaan o bayaan...but, unfortunately, a lot of folks can not see the quality of the kalaam.

i used to go to a very reputed website dedicated to Urdu she'r o suKhan and there someone posted this Ghazal saying that it was 'allaamah Iqbal's. when confronted he said that he copy pasted from yet another dedicated and reputed site for Urdu Poetry. sincethe quality of the Ghazal wasn't too bad, a lot of learned users on that site started arguing whether or NOT it was indeed 'allaamah's Ghazal...this is the Ghazal:

** koii samjhaaye k kia rang hai mai_Khaane kaa
aaNkh saaqii kii uThe, naam ho paimaane kaa
**
** garmii-e-shamm'a kaa afsaanaa sunaane_waalo
raqs dekhaa nahiiN tum ne abhii parvaane kaa
**
** chashm-e-saaqii mujhe har gaam pe yaad aatii hai
raasta bhuul na jaauuN kahiiN mai_Khaane kaa
**
** ab to har shaam guzartii hai isii kuuche meN
ye natiija huaa, naaseH! tire samjhaane kaa

ab to manzil se guzarnaa to hai aasaaN, "Iqbal!"**
'ishq hai naam Khud apne se guzar jaane kaa

after due searches, it was found to be the Ghazal of Iqbaal Safipurii. the reputed Urdu website then was informed and they created a new section for this poet on their site with JUST ONE Ghazal to his credit.
