Taraveeh is a combination of 12 rakaat tahjjud and 8 rakaat qayam ul lail, so yes, you can do those nawafil during non Ramdhan months too.

Sadqa is anything you give in charity.

Taraweeh only applies in Ramadan. There is no Taraweeh outside of Ramadan.

acknowledged the fear.
The Messenger of Allah (saws) said in a Hadith Qudsi that Allah Subhanah, the High and Exalted said: “If My servant likes to meet Me, I like to meet him; and if he dislikes to meet Me, I dislike to meet him.”
Upon hearing the above hadith, Hadrat Aishah (r.a.) said: “O Prophet of Allah (saws), is it because of the dislike of death, for all of us dislike death?” The Prophet (saws) said: “It is not so! But rather it is that when the believer is given news of Allah’s mercy, His approval and His Paradise, he likes to meet Allah and Allah likes to meet him; but when the unbeliever is given news of Allah’s punishment and His displeasure, he dislikes to meet Allah and Allah dislikes to meet him.”

baat 'aalam e barzaKh meN mo’alliqah ho gaii…is this Hadees-e-saHeeH? again, who is a disbeliever? a non Muslim? or, NOT a momin or muttaqii? th quotes in my previous post is about 'LOVE of death and dislike for the dunya. all momin and muttaqis love to meet their Allah while gunehgaar [non-practicing Muslims included] fear death because of their amaal which they know will come to haunt them after death.

No, the hadees you quoted does not clarify the assertion you have made in your first post, “…aur mout bhi eik museebat hai”. So please explain in simple words. Thanks.

But by giving sadqa khairiat, Allah averts it and changes the fate

Agar death museebat nahi tou when someone dies, why we all cry? We should be happy then. Not to mention an untimely death - death of any (or both parents) of young kids, or worst, death of young kids.
Museebat is not connected to the person who is dead, but also to the ones who were left behind.
