bhai saab, leaving Sharaabi's post there would make more people address him and even try to get even (as a member tried suggesting he was sharaabi etc. which caused another member to come and defend people who drink ) thus taking the comments off-topic. In such a case removing sharaabi's post was the best thing to do. Now if I moved Sharaabi's post what is the point in leaving other posts that were a direct response to his with this original text quoted? That woud kind of defeat the purpose of moving his post IMO. I left my comment because I happen to be one of the moderators of the forum and saw it necessary to remind the posters not to use this thread to place blame on either party involved in the tragic events. If you wish to share this responsibilty with me please let me know and maybe we can get you to be one of the moderators, the more the merrier!

Its sad for all lives that have been lost and all kids that became orphans and all wifes that became widows during the past events of lal masjid, but it hits hard when it happens to someone at your own side, someone that has a face in your eyes.
Uncle and aunty are in Bahawalpur with their daugther (the captain’s wife).
Its tragic as they recently married and the girl is quite young to be conferted with such tragedy. Uncle (my mom’s mamo) got kids at a late age and now was the time to see happiness of his kids and not a tragidy. But its all Allah’s marzi. The capt. died performing his duty and that alone makes him a hero and shaheed.
May Allah help all families on both sides who are going through sorrow of losing their loves ones. May Allah give them sabar. Ameen
