My parents are in Pakistan and my mom just called me to tell me that someone from our family died in the lal masjid operation.
He was captain, recently married to my moms mamu’s daugther. But the daugther is younger than me. 
I am so shocked and sad.
Please day a prayer and dua for her family and for the saheed captain.

Just some months ago, I was in pakistan and congratulating her mom and dad on their daughter's marriage to the captain.
my hands are shaking while writing all this, I was depressed when I heard of all what was happening there and I dont know what my uncle, aunty and their daugther must be going thru?
what a waste and what a waste.

May Allah swt grant him Jannah. He died while doing his job so I am sure his parents and widow are proud of him. May Allah give them patience.

this sentence is not only for someone's death.shud use it wen u've ne grief, loss. for example if light goes u can say this thou its not a big loss but a minor problem.
so there nothing wrong to say inna llilah.......on someone's shahadah.
