Sachin 10Dulkar -- Things are changing for him ??

One interesting thing that i noticed on a site that is “pro-sachin” to the extent that some time i have a feeling that its Sachin’s sponsored site as they never ever criticized Sachin not even positively infact they went after the ppl who creticized him for something and language was always “un-Journalistic”.

PS:mods plz move it to khail-khilari i posted it here coz of Image option (think of providing that in khl)

You should have checked the out given by the umpires :-

He was out only the second time. They said the same thing when He went to Australia and was given HBW (Head Before Wicket), which the Australians called a very bold and brave decision by the Umpire.

Just as the new term came into play everytime Pakistan toured India and that was “MIANDAD BEFORE WICKET”…out !!!

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/smash.gif

I think that was worst than Head Before Wicket and ultimately that brought Neutral Umpires act into play

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/smile.gif

.

PS: BTW is ka yee matlab nahee k i m supporting “head before wicket” liken its just that “Jaisee kernee wasiee bharnee”

BW : If you leave out 1979/80 series (In which Miandad was singled out and was given LBW almost every time he walked into Bat), All other series Javed Saheb was treated with respect. Anyways, I think Pakistan was much ahead in the next series in 1982-83 where 21 Indians were given LBW as opposed to 6 Pakistani Batsmen. Even in 1989 ratio was 17/5.

Give Tendulkur a break, he had one bad match and everyone is criticizing him.

Every batsman has a time in his life where fails miserably for couple matches, same with Inzimam in Bangladesh and against Westindies, and then he scores 329 out of no where, but I do think that is why India lost because Tendulkur didn't play well, he played one of the 2 ininngs really well and India won, and before he played well and India drawed.

This might be heartbreaking for Tendulkar's fans to see his rating dropped to # 3.

Hope Inzy can takeover Tendy soon.

Then, its Gilcrist that we'll target.

Inzy does not get mentioned any where as much as these other top players. He seems very under-rated.

Imagine, if Tendulkar had made 300 +, we would be hearing it for months. With Inzy, it gets forgotten within a few days.

If Inzi scores a double century in next test and tendulkar gets a pair, Inzimam may take over tendulkar in next update of ratings but he will never be recognized as of same class, why?

Pathetic excuses.

very well said sir

This is not the first time that I've heard the Bharatis trash Tendulkar. I don't remember what series it was earlier in which they really underperformed. And similar articles, polls appeared on the same website and this feeling lingered for a while too.

The sad thing is that I would have to say Yes to the poll. It seems that you can have only one of two things happening at one time. Either you can see Tendulkar run up a century score or you can see Bharat win. But that's just not going to happen at the same time.

And it is for this exact reason that I would much rather take my lesser gifted Youhana's, Khan's and Inzi's over the illustrous trio of Dravid's, Tendy's and Gangs. At least our boys would always go all out for a win and not be concerned too much about their averages and so on.

While on the same topic, I still have a hard time believing that Dravid, when India needed 30 odd runs in the last five hours against Lanka in a recent match, played out the overs and remained unbeaten on a 50 score. I would have dropped him right there and then!

It's not just being a good batsman.. but the qualities that make one a good batsman.

Tendulkar equals all of that. Whenever Tendulkar bats, that is one player from around the world I make sure I don't miss. It's sensational just to see the styles he makes, all across the ground towards the boundary. And then to have a strike rate pretty good.

Everyone has slumps in their life, but you have to also realize before he got that 0, he hit a century. Besides leave Tendulkar alone, he's not the whole team. (Although I don't think anyone ever would leave him alone).

Btw, I don't think Tendulkar is after his own average. He knows he has a important role to play on the team, like every other member, and it's not his fault that he does really good.

P.S. I rate him as not over rated.

PC;

If you want to see grace, look at Saeed Anwar. He can strike a ball more cleanly than I have ever seen Tendy do.

And if you want exhibitions of power play, any Pakistani player, from Moin, to Razzaq, to Inzy, can show the Indian team what power really means.

Tendy does not come close.

There are much better players than Tendy - those who do not get intimidated just because their team members fail. Looking at averages does not tell the whole story.

Tendy is not a match winner.

A Wizard arrives neither early nor late, but precisely when he chooses to

Bro,

YY and Inzy lesser gifted than the Gangulies and Dravids LOL That was funny.

Wait till the next India - Pak match when we’ll have the Indian dhotis on fire (unless ofcourse they are too wet to be set alight).

A few 99 mph bouncers on Tendulkar’s head and he will be falling on the wicket himself

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/hehe.gif

At least we dont go around in stadiums and shout ALU ALU.Also we dont stone his house or discuss his goatee like you discuss Saeed anwar’s Beard. Thank god it is limited to the newspapes unlike you guys.

Sour grapes !!!

About your boys going all out for a win..Ask Amir Sohail

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/biggrin.gif

Did you know that recently Dravid was dropped from the Oneday team ? Also must I remind you of the Sri Lanka Match where 13 runs were required off 4 overs and Akram/Latif pair was batting. What happened after that ??

Make sure that Nadas of your Pajama are tightened very well. We might surprise you. Anil is also going to be there (Remember last time what he did to you). Also dont forget to ask for neutral umpires this time, I dont want you to give any excuses this time.

Why no 100 mph this time ?? Ohhh Rawalpindi passenger is injured and cant bowl at full speed.

AK

Dream on. That shows how scared indian thoties are of Rawalpindi express. Thats what you guys are hoping for

http://www3.pak.org/gupshup/smilies/smile.gif

cmon accept it Indian bowling is NO WAY NEAR the pakistani bowling. Ok Forget abt whole Pakistani bowling lineup just match wasim..any bowler ?

Ok i accept that 10dulkar is one of the greatest batsmen but i m not ready to accept him as “greatest of all time” and thats what indians rate him to and that for sure is over rated.

Note: MODS please move this post to the jokes forum “…Yousuf Youhana and Inzi are less gifted than Laxman ganguly and dravid”. I m damn sure it will get the highest replies of all time

For one things, I think everybody realizes that Inzi is a nice guy and won't mind a joke at his expense. I personally don't think it's a good idea but he is known to be a mellow sort of a guy bar the one Toronto incident.

Anwar's beard is his problem. I have absoultely no problem with it. I think it is wondeful that he has realized what religion is supposed to be for us.

OK, you're talking about something totally different here. Of the three guys I mentioned only Inzi's name has been dragged into the match fixing bullshit. Youhana and Khan are as clean as they come.

OK, I'll admit that I didn't know that Dravid has been dropped from the ODI squad. I was under the impression that he was injured. Anyways apologizies for that even though I'm pretty sure that come Bharati ODI's Dravid bhai will be playing in the team! About the Was and Latif gaffe, you tell me are they rated as highly as Dravid or the other Bharati batsman that I mentioned?

I would just like to mention one last thing here. In my post, I only posted my views on cricket. I did not insult you or your country. I see that your post was edited by Ehsan so I'm assuming that you must have been taking this whole thing to a personal level. Please, don't do that. Just because sometimes people don't respond in the same currency does not mean that they don't understand what you are saying. Let us realize that discussions here are supposed to be limited to cricket or cricket players. And I assure you that next time if you don't refrain from personal insults, I'll teach you a lesson in exchanging insults. Peace!

Note to all non-Asif others!

Guys, believe you me, I will pick our trio over the Bharati trio any day. I was just trying to go by the international perceptions of the aforementioned players. Come one, you have to admit that our bats are not as reputed as the Bharatis. Anyways, do consider the entire point I was trying to make before getting on my case.
