why do they make them beg for votes? It just looks so pathetic especially when some of them try their hardest to cry just to get sympathy votes and saregama plays up the drama. I feel like i’m watching some c grade zeetv serial or something…:yukh::yukh::yukh:
Instead I think aditya should just announce the number to call to vote for each participant.

yeah ,they are really vote starved. and they creat this regionalism. i remember last time, to make Debojit will the competition,ppl in my town(debojit is from my town only, and last times winner!!) were madly voting for him !!!!!
i think Deol should be kicked out next.
i dont know if itz only me, but doent Junaid speaks like he is whispering,like as if his voice has noo strength ??? i mean he is fab while singing, but it appears as if he has no strength to speak properly !!!
Joy was eliminated,wasnt he ?? well, never really loved his voice. but the song he composed himself wasnt that bad !!!!! i think now HR will try to copy the tune from Joy !!!!!! and everyone was crying for him!!!!

Amanat should win but he won't since he is a Pakistani. The rest of them can be categorised in specific genre of music which is not what you are looking for in a competition like this.
Himesh is a big advocate of sticking to one style because he himself has one style of singing. Musarat is good at NFK type songs, Raja sings high pitch songs..that is not versatility.

Hey I just read on this saregamapa challenge 2007 site that all three Pakistanis are the three trishankus this week. I wonder who will go home, if they kick Amanat off the show I am going to stop watching it. Mauli absolutely sucked on saturday so why she isn't one of the bottom 3 is puzzling!

I like Amanat ali but when he sang the song "mora saiyaan" which is one of my most fav songs, I felt like he didn't sing it as well as how the original song was sung.
Maybe i'm just used to it being sung a certain way.
Raja hassan is still one of my favs in the guys and sumedha and poonam in the girls.

with all the public voting, is it only India and US that gets to vote or are Pakistanis voting too(online or by phone)?
Honestly, I think it's too soon to make an Indo Pak singing contest like this where it's public voting. This friendship between the two countries has only been going on for a few years now so i'm sure the voting will lean towards the Indian participants at the present time.
Most of the younger generation might not have experienced much of that intense hatred both countries felt for each other but it's still fresh in the minds of most other generations of people of both countries.

Guaging from some other indian forums ive been to ive observed the following
-The voting for this week was based on the independence day celebrations.. naturally you dont expect indians to vote for paki patriotic songs\
-Some indians seem to be of the view that paki singers shouldve sung indian patriotic songs insead of paki ones
-Many indians are of the view that voting for this week is a bad idea because this is unfair to the paki singers as they didnt sing indian patriotic songs.
I agree with the last group of people, voting for this week should be (and probably is being) voided.

Because of some rumers the Pakistani participant got the lowest votes.I think Zee tv should take a decision of not letting these guys go back home and voting of this week should voided.
I am sure nobody will go back home this week.
