Pakistani asshole PM went to Russia to lick the boots of Putin on this occasion. You should have commented on this which is more relevant than NATO involving in this war. Russia is not the aggressor but many feel their hands were forced, USA renaged on their agreements on not moving east of West Germany and now with acorrupt Nazi regime in Ukraine they wanted to threaten the security of Russia. A way more aggressive stance has been with Russia sending nuclear bombers to Venezuala. US is opening too many fronts, already thay have issues with China. Putin is smarter and sharper than sleepy Joe and is ready to sell gas to China. Their internet is safe as it is not attached to the world and they had planned it for a long time. Crypto can help evade many sanctions. West is capitulating bu putting ineffective lame sanctions. Overall US policy is to favour India to counter China, nothing Pakistan could have done to change that. Pakistan has no choice for its sovreinigty to side with China.
Iran has been the beneficery with sanctions being lifted. This is not the Russia of the past!
Mark my words NATO and America will never fight Russians on ground.

Any examples of how Russia is assumed to be any better than the US in your opinion? Honestly curious as I am unaware of current world affairs.
well international politics is a game, no permanent enemies or friends, the only permanent thing is interests and Russians play the same game. The only thing that makes them different from other powers is that, they fully support you if they give you their word unlike US. See how Russians wrecked havoc on sunnis in Syria to save their shia friend asad. But Americans left their kurdish friends alone after using them against ISIS and as a result Kurds were killed left right n centre at the hands of US enemies in Syria and paid a heavy price.
I am not saying we should lick Russian boots, i am just stating a fact that Russians are better allies than Uncle Sam.

I think you were not aware that Russia is more of a friend to India then Pakistan. Pakistan lost both wars with India i.e. 1965 and 1971. In fact 1971 Pakistan broke up. Russians then sided with India not with Pakistan. For many years Russia was considered bad omen by Pakistani army because the bitter experience with Russia. I think you guys don’t learn lessons from the past. Any way Pakistan is now Banana Republic with no vision, no faith, no wisdom nothing. Keep up the failed Pakistani foreign policy after all we are born losers. 
Can someone provide more info on what's in it for Russia to go about doing this invasion? Last I checked, Ukraine is the poorest country in Europe.
The security and life of every Russian citizen. Gorbachev was promised that NATO would not move an inch east of west Germany, US broke that promise and are now on Russian border. If Ukraine joins NATO US can get an opportunity of sudden nuclear strike and with US having anti midsole shield in Poland, Russian security would be compromised.
Putin just asked for guarantees that Ukraine won’t join NATO
They left him no other choice
