Re: Rukhsati Aur Rona Dhona
^^ I think so too … and must be congratulating each other … ka aik orr mughaa kabo ma aa giya ![]()
but why do undergrad boys studying away from family dont cry like that when they are at the airpoert back for another school year.?
admit it, u girlies just like to create a scene
we do not, Allah ne hame naram dil banaya hai, hence the tears ![]()
and I wouldn’t want to cry if I had a choise, but I have none ![]()
there is nothing bad in crying ![]()
X2 has a point here. Its really not easy for guys to left their families and come all the way here for studies. On the contrary we try to defuse the situation, so that mom doesn’t start crying ![]()
We have a heart too ![]()
sometimes taken and often broken ![]()
there there ![]()
Re: Rukhsati Aur Rona Dhona
I think it all depends how close bond you have within your family, for me its natural and i did cry on my sisters rukhsati.
:halo: maybe cuz the girls are more sensitive and actually have a heart ![]()
yeah ur rite… gals are weak:chai: …

Re: Rukhsati Aur Rona Dhona
My dad hates all the drama of ruksatis and all the unnecessarily sad songs. He understands that people are sometimes upset, and that the bride is, but the tradition of sobbing is disturbing to him.
I was all smiles :D
Ouch…maybe yours just said that 2 make you feel better ![]()
Re: Rukhsati Aur Rona Dhona
yea girls r weak..islie larkon keh jhanse me ajati hain...well said!
I was pretty adamant with my family members that I do not want the crying send off, we were about to start a new life and I wanted to do that with smiles and duaas. And yeah I’ve seen women add fuel to the fire as well, and also ppl who are at the wedding that don’t know the bride well waiting in line to hug her and cry (weird) anyhow we had my rukhsati from home, the family was a bit teary eyed but everything was personal just us family members. And the bright side is that in my wedding video, no crying just smiles… alhamdulillah
Re: Rukhsati Aur Rona Dhona
i cried on my sisters wedding but i was only young and didnt know wtf was goin on. ma dad reminds me when i cried but i just say 'they were tears of joy.'
on my cousins wedding 2 - 3 years ago i missed her ruksati cos i was having make up problems and the next thing i know is my little cousin, brides bro, comes running into the room for a fan saying 'dads fainted' i ran out and saw my dad trying to wake him up and give him water.
i think the whole idea of his daughter leaving was to much of an impact for him to take and he just ended up fainting.
i dont really see the point in crying, although it is likely i'll probably ball my eyes out, cos after marriage the girl is at the parents house 24/7 anyway so its like she never left.
Achaa, to iska matlab hai ke Orat aapne ghar ponchne se pehle hi sab aansoon ro le
?
