At your wedding or weddings you’ve attended what was the rudest thing/event that took place?
Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended
- kids poking the decorations and parents not stopping them
- aunties asking whether the brides gold was real
Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended
-random kids constantly running up on the stage
-tons of ppl trying to sit right beside the groom and bride (like on the same sofa) i hate it
-when bringing the bride out i hate when there are tons of ppl around her and trying to get into the pictures...

Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended
Didn't have any bad experiences at my wedding, alhamdolilah. But I've seen some awful scenes at other people's wedding.
At one wedding I went to few years back, the bride's ex Sikh boyfriend and his Mother gate-crashed the wedding and made a scene leaving the bride in tears. That was embrassing. He was dragged out but the Bride left the hall and didn't come back in. Couldn't blame her but otherwise it was a stunning wedding with the most amazing DJ, decor', food etc.
At a Murpuri wedding, the so-called 'rude-boys' of both sides got into a fight in the hall-way and the Police had to be called! That was scary as the Police wouldn't let us guests leave the hall!
At a wedding I went to in Pakistan, the mother of the Groom sat at the back of the hall throughout the function in the worst mood, saying she hadn't given her approval for the wedding to go ahead! You could hear her bad-mouthing the Bride all the way to the front. It would have been better if she had stayed home! Some say she was ill.
Another wedding I went to in Pakistan, the wedding was in Pindi and the Groom was driving up from Khi! He could have come a day earlier and stayed in guest rooms. On the wedding day, he was so late that by the time he finally came past midnight, all the guests had gone besides close family and the Bride's make-up was ruined as she had been crying for hours. He didn't apologise to anyone nor comfort his Bride!

I think the most insensitive is when people pour food and don't finish it, and the food is already running low.
Making a mess.
Parents not controlling their kids running on stage or in front of the video camera.
Kids tearing down the decorations.
Guests criticizing the bride, her outfit, her makeup, her jewlery.
Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended
^ The last one is the worst! I think that happens at every wedding no matter how gorgeous the Bride looks. Some people are so bitter they can't share in other people's happiness at all! So sad.
Also I totally agree with all your points esp when people waste so much food.
OMG…that is the craziest thing i have ever heard ![]()

OMGG, talk about drama! All the anticipation and the hard work and hopes that go toward making the wedding day come together..........and some people just can't allow the bride/groom and their families to look back on it with fond memories. They have to destroy the occasion for the people it matters the most for....with their own pettiness. And the offender might move on from it....but things like this can linger for the bride/groom. I think the first and the last stories you shared are the worst.
Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended

Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended
i absolutely hate it when ppl can't keep their mouth shut for a few moments and stop gossiping while the nikah is taking place. i can't tell u the amount of weddings i've been to where the movli has had to repeatedly ask ppl to stay quiet during the nikah but they still talk through it
Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended
o i hate when girls turn around bride & stick to her skirt & their parents doesnt feel responsible!
Re: Rudest moment at your wedding/or weddings you've attended
I remember my cousins wedding i had the hotel put the two front tables reserved for our side of the family.. All of a sudden a bunch of random aunties come and take over the table REGARDLESS OF THE RESERVED SIGN. I asked the ladies to leave and they said "koi baat nahin kuch bhi nahin hota" !!!!!!!!
Thankfully i got Hotel service to direct them out of the table, to another table. I would think these "Aunties" would be sober and respectful....
