you cant generalise all women…everyone is different. we dont know about other couples and who initiates what…cuz that should be kept between the two of them. so who knows…maybe alot of women do initiate with their husbands…its just that you dont know…cuz they like to keep that just between themselves cuz no1 else has a right to know.

Well when an over whelming amount of men are of the same opinion that women do not initiate acts of physical intimacy/romance then its safe to assume that we have a problem. I wouldn’t say most but at least a majority of women will not initiate acts that will lead to physical relationship.

some guys! as far as I know they can be romantic to anything with a faminine tag attached to it.

Comfort is the key...if she's comfortable with him, secure, loving etc, then i dont think a woman should have any problem initiating romance..however "shy" she may be in the outside world..:)

I've sent flowers, written poetry, sent countless spontaneous and sweet notes in the post, turned up unexpectedly with a full to the brim picnic hamper on a lovely summer's day, taken him on surprise outings and dinners...sigh...what bliss...

Yes, but some women just do not feel comfortable intiating the romance or they just dont know how and have a lack of confidence.
