I placed an order for 2 outfits through RDS, and she gave me estimates and had them made and shipped out 2 weeks ago.. I dont get why Skynet is being used for shipping, We never asked for stuff to be mailed using skynet and when we're paying $30-$40 for shipping we can pay a little more for DHL, so that they get here on time, and then when asked there is no tracking number given or any other info to go by!!
Its really irritating, I was really looking forward to getting everything before Eid.. but reading reviews it looks like I wont see my jora's until wayy after Eid.. puts me off on ordering any more outfits really!
This is why alot of designers have cut-off dates so that they dont overbook and can get the jora's mailed out on time!

secondly i wud like to tell everyone that i had to face a way alots of problems then u can imagine beacuse of the situation in pakistan! One of my karighars family was badly affected by the flood! then in the ramadan blast three people of my tailors family died in the blast! but i still managed to parcel out every thing! n it wasnt even one percent my fault but i m still always here to talk about every possible ssolution!
i was using skynet jus for ma clients convienece! i use dhl or fedex as well! its upto the customer u shud have asked about it while placing order!
Following my previous review on my experience with alizay.. i received some of my dresses, just in time for eid!
i was very happy with the fact i received it one day before eid, as according to the fedex tracking system it was meant to arrive on eid day.
But thanks to alizay for sending it first class n ensured i receive it on time. she did a very good job on d suits considering how much less time d order was placed and proceeded.
There has just been a minor problem with my mum suits which she is in d process of helping me with, even though there was some of my fault in it too which included measurement misunderstanding.. but she has been extermely helpful and willing to sort out this problem at any cost.
I'm just waiting for 3 more dresses which is for my 2 sisters and me, d reason it was delayed from her end as it wasn't ready enough to come with my this parcel. But thats fine atleast she didnt rush it n made sure it's up to standards to send it later.
I'll try n upload pics up soon, just been really busy with eid parties etc.. Overall Alizay has been great and very helpful!!
This isnt' a comment at anyone in particular, but I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised it has been much easier to find better service online than in Pakistan itself!
I have ordered on different occassion from Alizay and honestly speaking... by faar this has been one of my favorite ones! Excellent service.. friendly.. and very very HONEST in her dealings
unlike many designers that I have dealt with in the past! I have even dealt with people who I have known since school time and after dealing with them professionally
I felt cheated off money!! I am very easy to please but wat pisses me off is people taking it for granted that just coz we live abroad we have tons of cash to waste!!
I have found Alizay's work very very reasonable... and will never trade for another designer just because of the confidence I have in her :)
I ordered from Alizay a while back and received the outfits last week. She has been very reasonable with me and although there have been a few minor hiccups,overall it
was a pleasant experience. As others have said she goes out of her way to help you and I know she has gone back and forth for me so many times so I do apologise

Salaam, I'm new at this forum but I have been reading it for a year. Because of the great reviews Alizay had received I decided to place an order with her. I will let you guys know my impressions once I receive them. I am at my wits end with people ripping me off for poor quality clothing. If these suits turn out to be terrible I will refuse to purchase and wear salwar kameez altogether!!!!! So far Alizay is fine. I have to kind of chase her for info. And ask several times for the same thing. As long as the outfits are excellent, that won't bother me. So wish me luck

i have order again as well.. and wen i spoke to her last... she was on a tiny break due to 'Muharram' and mini vacation.. so maybe that explains her absence :)
